The Sealed Room

In response to the short story by Arthur Cohan Doyle named 'The Sealed Room' I created a book that relates to the themes the story portrays. A major theme running through the book was death as the coffin on the front heavily suggests this. Inside of the book I wanted to intrigue the audience and make them wonder what could be behind the door which has wax around the handle. Once the door is opened the viewer finds a figure who has their back to us and is quite obviously dead as the cob webs cover suggest this. The intended audience for this book was aimed towards late teens through to adult as the tone of the book could be a bit too morbid for a younger audience.

Gambling posters

For the issue of gambling I created a couple of posters that where designed for organisations that help people with an addiction to gambling. The posters are created using letterpress and acrylic paint with the use of Photoshop for editing purposes.
